- The minimum attendance to be obtained by the pupil for an academic year is 75% . In case a student is transferred from other APS,
the attendance of that school will be considered.
- Absence from school up to three days, it is sufficient to send the leave note in the School Diary. However, leave taken for more
than three days, application must be addressed to the Principal. Unless it is an emergency, leave must be sanctioned prior
- For appearing for the class XII and X examinations conducted by the Board, it is mandatory for the students to have attained
at least 75% of attendance up to 1st of the month preceding the month in which the exam commences.
